You can ask Frenti LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including anything we received from a connected Facebook or Instagram account. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
How to request deletion
- Email legal [at] frenti [dot] com — or submit the request through our contact form — ideally from or using the email address associated with your account, so we can match the request.
- Tell us which site or application the request relates to — for example frenti.com, or the name of the app you used.
- Include your name and, if you signed in with a social account, say which one.
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days. If we need more information to verify your identity we will ask before acting, so that we never delete the wrong person’s data.
What we delete
- Your contact details and account record.
- Messages, enquiries, and conversation transcripts linked to you.
- Any profile data we received from a connected account, such as your name, profile ID, and email address.
- Usage data that can still be linked back to you.
What we may keep
We may need to retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it — for example invoices and transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, or records needed to resolve a dispute. We also keep aggregated and anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you. Anything retained for these reasons is kept only for as long as the obligation lasts, and we will tell you what it is when we confirm the deletion.
Removing a Facebook or Instagram connection
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can revoke our access directly:
- Open your Facebook Settings & Privacy.
- Go to Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Select the Frenti app, then choose Remove.
Removing the app stops any further data being shared with us. To also have the data we already hold erased, send us the deletion request described above.
Applications we run for clients
Where we operate an application on behalf of a client, that client is the data controller. You can send your request to us and we will action it with them, or contact the client directly if you prefer.
